COMBINATION SWITCH REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GJB3

      Lower the shift lever boot and disconnect it from the shift lever knob sub-assembly.

    2. A01GKLB

      Twist the shift lever knob sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

    A01GLHB

    1. Pull the front part of the instrument panel finish panel end LH to detach the 6 clips.

    2. Pull the instrument panel finish panel end LH to detach 3 clips and remove the instrument panel finish panel end LH.

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the No. 3 box panel.

  5. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    *1 Protective Tape

    1. Apply protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Move the shift lever to N.

    3. Remove the 2 screws.

    4. Detach the 6 clips and remove the upper rear console panel sub-assembly.

    5. Disconnect each connector and each wire harness clamp.

  6. REMOVE SHIFT POSITION INDICATOR

    1. Remove the 2 screws and detach the 3 hooks. Then remove the shift position indicator from the rear upper console panel sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE COMBINATION SWITCH


    1. Disconnect the connector.

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the combination switch from the rear upper console panel sub-assembly.
