OIL PUMP (for 2WD) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    1. A01GI0L

      Coat the oil pump relief valve with engine oil.

    2. Install the relief valve and relief valve spring into the oil pump cover hole.

    3. Using a 19 mm socket wrench, install the plug.

      Torque:
      53 N*m  { 540 kgf*cm, 39 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL OIL PUMP COVER


    1. A01GLVH

      Install the oil pump cover, drive rotor and driven rotor with the 13 bolts.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }
