  1. INSPECT HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (ENGINE HOOD COURTESY SWITCH)


    1. Removal the hood lock assembly Click here.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      A01GNO1E03
      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Unlock Below 1 Ω
      1 - 2 Lock 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the hood lock assembly (engine hood courtesy switch).
