  1. CHECK PROBLEM SYMPTOM


    1. Perform procedures indicated by the displayed message and check if the problem symptom recurs.

      Displayed Message Cause Check Item
      A message is displayed indicating to try again after waiting for a while because information cannot be retrieved due to a busy line, etc.
      • All lines are busy

      • PPP certification error

      • TCP connection error

      • No response from the G-BOOK center for a certain period of time after a request is sent

      • HTTP error

      • Other communication error

      Wait for a while, perform the operation again and check if the problem symptom recurs*
      A message is continuously displayed indicating to try again after waiting for a while because the lines are busy
      A message is displayed indicating to try again after waiting for a while because information cannot be retrieved due to line disconnection Unexpected phone line disconnection
      A message is displayed indicating to try again because information was not able to be retrieved Client verification failure
      A message is displayed indicating that a cellular phone is not connected
      • No cellular phone is connected

      • Outside the "Bluetooth" communication area

      • Cellular phone connected via "Bluetooth" is not selected

      Reregister the cellular phone, perform the operation again and check if the problem symptom recurs
      A message is displayed indicating to move the vehicle into a communication service area as it is outside a service area
      • Vehicle is outside the communication service area

      • Service is unavailable during data communication

      Go to step 2

      Tech Tips

      *: If this message is temporarily displayed, there is a problem with the radio wave signal conditions or the base station was busy. This is not a malfunction (inform the customer that this is not a malfunction and ask them to use the system as is).
