  1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY WITH TRANSAXLE

  2. REMOVE FRONT CROSS MEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Выверните 2 болта и отсоедините переднюю поперечину в сборе.

  3. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR

      Выверните стяжной болт и снимите гайку и переднюю подушку опоры двигателя.

  4. REMOVE REAR ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR

      Выверните стяжной болт и снимите подушку задней опоры двигателя.

  5. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET

    1. Remove the 3 bolts and front engine mounting bracket from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

  6. REMOVE REAR ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET

    1. Remove the 3 bolts and rear engine mounting bracket from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

  7. REMOVE STARTER ASSEMBLY (for 1.6 kW Type)

      Отсоедините разъем стартера.

    2. Откройте заглушку контакта, отверните гайку и отсоедините провод стартера.

    3. Освободите зажим жгута проводов.

    4. Выверните 2 болта и снимите стартер.

  8. REMOVE STARTER ASSEMBLY (for 1.7 kW Type)

      Disconnect the starter connector.

    2. Open the terminal cap, remove the nut and disconnect the starter wire.

    3. Detach the wire harness clamp.

    4. Remove the 2 bolts and starter.

  9. DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE

      Disconnect the transmission wire connector, park/neutral position switch assembly connector, and 3 revolution sensor connectors, and detach the 4 wire harness clamps from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

    2. A01CFV1

      Disconnect the oil pressure sensor connector and detach the 2 wire harness clamps from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

  10. REMOVE WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the ground cable from the wire harness clamp bracket.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts, shift cable bracket and 2 wire harness clamp brackets from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

  11. REMOVE OIL COOLER (w/o Air Cooled Transmission Oil Cooler)


    1. A01CCCS

      Release the 3 clamps and disconnect the water by-pass hose and 2 oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler.

    2. A01CC3W

      Release the 2 clamps and remove the 2 oil cooler hoses from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

    3. A01CCJ1

      Remove the 3 bolts and oil cooler from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

  12. REMOVE OIL COOLER (w/ Air Cooled Transmission Oil Cooler)


    1. A01CCD7

      Release the 4 clamps and remove the 2 oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler and continuously variable transaxle assembly.

    2. A01CCAN

      Release the 2 clamps and disconnect the 2 water by-pass hoses from the oil cooler.

    3. A01CEQH

      Remove the 3 bolts and oil cooler from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

  13. REMOVE CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 9 bolts and continuously variable transaxle assembly from the engine.

      Note

      To prevent damage to the knock pins, do not pry between the transaxle and engine.

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE BRACKET

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 transmission control cable bracket from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

  15. REMOVE ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET LH

    1. Remove the 3 bolts and engine mounting bracket LH from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

  16. REMOVE TORQUE CONVERTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the torque converter assembly from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.
