Tech Tips
Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH side.
The procedure described below is for the LH side.
REMOVE FRONT DOOR MOULDING OUTSIDE LH (for 5 Door)
Apply protective tape to the front door panel on the periphery of the front door moulding outside.
Using an infrared light, heat the adhesive tape remaining on the front door moulding outside.
Tech Tips
Heat at 40 to 60°C (104 to 140°F) for 1 to 2 minutes.
Tie both piano wire ends to wooden blocks or similar objects.
Cut the adhesive tape by pulling the piano wire alternatively toward you.
When reusing the door moulding, set wooden blocks or similar objects along the body to avoid damaging the door moulding.
Remove the front door moulding outside.
REMOVE REAR DOOR MOULDING OUTSIDE LH (for 5 Door)
Apply protective tape to the rear door panel on the periphery of the rear door moulding outside.
Using an infrared light, heat the adhesive tape remaining on the rear door moulding outside.

Remove the rear door moulding outside.
REMOVE FRONT DOOR MOULDING OUTSIDE LH (for 3 Door)
Apply protective tape to the front door panel on the periphery of the front door moulding outside.
Using an infrared light, heat the adhesive tape remaining on the front door moulding outside.
