REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Bench Seat Type) REMOVAL

The procedure listed below is for the RH side.


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

    1. Disengage the 4 hooks and remove the rear seat cushion.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat cushion lock hooks.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY

    1. Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts, 2 bolts and rear seat back.

  4. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP (for 5 Door)

    1. Remove the rear door opening trim weatherstrip.

  5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP (for 3 Door)

    1. Remove the front door opening trim weatherstrip.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

    1. Remove the bolt and lap outer anchor plate of the rear seat outer belt.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for 3 Door)

    1. Remove the bolt and lap outer anchor plate of the rear seat outer belt.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH (for 5 Door)

    1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and clip, and remove the rear seat side garnish.

  9. REMOVE QUARTER INSIDE TRIM BOARD (for 3 Door)

    1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 7 claws and 7 clips, and remove the quarter inside trim board.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK LOCK STRIKER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat back lock striker.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK LOCK STRIKER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 3 Door)

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat back lock striker.
