BACK DOOR GLASS ADJUSTMENT


  1. INSPECT BACK DOOR GLASS


    1. Check that the clearance measurements of areas A to H are within the standard ranges.

  2. ADJUST BACK DOOR GLASS

    A01391D

    1. Loosen the glass side hinge bolts and adjust the glass position.

    2. Tighten the glass side hinge bolts after the adjustment.

      Torque:
      17 N*m  { 168 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf }
    3. A0136AX

      Adjust the striker position by slightly loosening the striker mounting bolts and hitting the striker with a plastic hammer.

    4. Tighten the striker mounting bolts after the adjustment.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }
