HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (HEADLIGHT BEAM LEVEL CONTROL ACTUATOR OPERATION)

    1. Disconnect the headlight beam level control actuator connector.

    2. Connect the positive (+) battery lead to headlight leveling switch terminal 4 and the negative (-) battery lead to headlight leveling switch terminal 6.

    3. Connect the positive (+) battery lead to each headlight beam level control actuator terminal 1 and the negative (-) battery lead to each headlight beam level control actuator terminal 3.

    4. Connect the headlight leveling switch terminal 2 to each headlight beam level control actuator terminal 2.

    5. Check the headlight beam level control actuator operation when the headlight leveling switch is operated.
