HEATER CONTROL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

    *3 Air Mix Cable

    Note

    Do not bend the cable when removing the heater control assembly.


    1. Separate the black air mix cable from the clamp and remove the cable ring from the temperature control link.

    2. Separate the white air inlet cable from the clamp and remove the cable ring from the air inlet control link.

    3. Separate the blue defroster cable from the clamp and remove it from the mode link.

    4. Remove the 2 screws, disengage the 2 claws and remove the heater control assembly.

    Note

    Do not bend the cable when removing the heater control assembly.


    1. Separate the black air mix cable from the clamp and remove the cable ring from the temperature control link.

    2. Separate the white air inlet cable from the clamp and remove the cable ring from the air inlet control link.

    3. Separate the blue defroster cable from the clamp and remove it from the mode link.

    4. Remove the 2 screws, disengage the 2 claws and remove the heater control assembly.

  4. REMOVE DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Pinch portion A to release the clamp.

    2. Remove the cable ring from the mode lever.

  5. REMOVE AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Pinch portion A to release the clamp.

    2. Remove the cable ring from the air mix lever.

  6. REMOVE AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

    1. Pinch portion A to release the clamp.

    2. Remove the cable ring from the air inlet lever.

  7. REMOVE AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

    1. Pinch portion A to release the clamp.

    2. Remove the cable ring from the air inlet lever.
