CONDENSER REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL RECEIVER DRYER

    A0138DH

    1. Apply sufficient compressor oil to 4 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the receiver dryer.

      Compressor oil
      ZXL 200PG or equivalent

    2. Install the 4 O-rings onto the condenser core.

    3. Install the receiver dryer with the bolt.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 133 kgf*cm, 9.6 ft.*lbf }
    4. A01379B

      Install the bracket with the screw.

      Torque:
      1.5 N*m  { 15 kgf*cm, 13 in.*lbf }
