PTC HEATER RELAY (for 2WZ-TV) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL PTC HEATER RELAY

    A013648

    1. Install the PTC heater relay 2.

    2. A0136RR

      Install the PTC heater relay 1.

    3. A0138MP

      Install the relay block cover.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

    A0136YZ

    1. Install the 2 clips.

    2. A01360O

      Engage the 13 claws and install the front bumper cover.

    3. A013716E01

      Tighten the 3 bolts and 5 screws.

    4. Install the 3 clips.

    5. Remove the protective tape.

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
