This DTC does not indicate a malfunction. Perfom the torque sensor zero point calibration to delete the DTC.

Tech Tips

DTC C1515/15 is set immediately after the EPS ECU has been replaced with a new one because the steering zero point calibration has not been completed.

    2. Is DTC output?

  3. CLEAR DTC

  4. PERFORM STEERING ZERO POINT CALIBRATION


    NEXT

  5. RECONFIRM DTC


    1. Check the DTCs Click here.

      (A): DTC C1515/15 is output after performing the steering zero point calibration 3 times or more.

      (B): No DTC output.

      Tech Tips

      If the DTC is output in spite of conducting the steering zero point calibration 3 times, replace the steering column assembly.
