FRONT SPEED SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT SPEED SENSOR


    1. Install the speed sensor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Install the speed sensor without turning it to avoid interference with the sensor rotor.

      Tech Tips

      If the installation portion of the sensor is dirty, clean it and reinstall the sensor.

    2. Connect the 3 clamps.

      Note


      • Install clamp No. 1 and clamp No. 2 with the yellow paint line of the speed sensor placed between the notches of the bracket.

      • Do not twist the sensor wire between clamps No. 1 and No. 2.

    3. Connect the speed sensor connector.

    4. Connect the clip of the speed sensor to the body.

  2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER


    1. Install the fender liner with the 10 clips, 2 bolts and 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL

    Torque:
    103 N*m  { 1,050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf }

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  5. CHECK ABS SENSOR SIGNAL (w/o VSC)
