REAR AXLE HUB AND BEARING INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR AXLE HUB AND BEARING ASSEMBLY


    1. A0137WS

      Install the rear axle hub and bearing assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      60 N*m  { 612 kgf*cm, 44 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR SPEED SENSOR


    1. A013686E01

      Using "TORX" socket wrench T30, install the skid control sensor with the screw.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

      Note

      When turning the speed sensor to insert it, the turning angle should be less than 45° to avoid damaging the O-ring.

    2. A0136FE

      Connect the speed sensor clamp to the rear axle carrier.

  3. INSPECT REAR AXLE HUB AND BEARING ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL REAR DRUM

    A01361K

    1. Using "TORX" socket wrench T30, install the rear brake drum with the screw.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL REAR WHEEL

    Torque:
    103 N*m  { 1,050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf }

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  7. INSPECT WHEEL ALIGNMENT
