GENERATOR REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL GENERATOR REGULATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A0136CFE01

      Install the generator regulator assembly with 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      2.1 N*m  { 21 kgf*cm, 19 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the washer and nut.

      Torque:
      4.7 N*m  { 48 kgf*cm, 42 in.*lbf }
    3. A01374G

      Install the generator regulator cover to the generator brush holder.

  2. INSTALL TERMINAL GENERATOR SUPPORT


    1. A0137R1E01

      Install the terminal generator support with 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      Nut (A)
      6.2 N*m  { 63 kgf*cm, 55 in.*lbf }
      Nut (B)
      2.3 N*m  { 23 kgf*cm, 20 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL GENERATOR REAR END COVER


    1. A0137LYE01

      Install the generator rear end cover with 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      2.3 N*m  { 23 kgf*cm, 20 in.*lbf }
