      Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the glow plug terminal and body ground.

      Standard resistance
      10 Ω or less

      If the result is not as specified, replace the glow plug.

      Tech Tips

      The higher the temperature is the smaller the resistance becomes and vice versa.
