DUTY VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 clamps.

    2. Remove the 2 clamps, then remove the air cleaner cap and air cleaner filter element.

  3. REMOVE DUTY VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (EVAP VSV)


    1. A0138VSE01

      Disconnect the duty vacuum switching valve connector.

    2. Remove the clip and disconnect fuel vapor feed hose No.1.

    3. Remove the clip and disconnect fuel vapor feed hose No.2.

    4. A0136X2

      Remove the bolt and the duty vacuum switching valve.
