VENTILATION VALVE INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0138DIE01

      Install the hose onto the ventilation valve.

    2. Check the ventilation.


      1. Check the ventilation when air is applied from the cylinder head side.

        Specified condition
        Air flows.

        CAUTION:

        Do not inhale the air from the ventilation valve because it is harmful.

      2. A0135Z3E01

        Check the ventilation when air is applied from the intake manifold side.

        Specified condition
        Air does not flow.

        If the ventilation is not as specified, replace the ventilation valve.

    3. Remove the hose from the ventilation valve.
