MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR (w/ Electronic Throttle Control System) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR


    1. A01383R

      Install the manifold absolute pressure sensor with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the manifold absolute pressure sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL THROTTLE BODY GASKET


    1. A0137VHE01

      Install a new gasket on the intake manifold.

  3. INSTALL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. A01385I

      Install the throttle body with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }
    2. A0138QFE02

      Connect the 2 water by-pass hoses with the 2 clips.

    3. Connect the throttle motor connector, install the wire harness with the clamp.

  4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0138QS

      Install the air cleaner element and air cleaner cap with the clamps.

    2. Tightn the 4 clamps.

  5. INSTALL COWL TOP PANEL OUTER


    1. Install the cowl top panel outer with the 10 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.2 N*m  { 94 kgf*cm, 81 in.*lbf }

    2. Engage the grommet and install the wire harness.

    3. Engage the wire harness clamp.

  6. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL


    1. Install the No. 1 ventilator seal with the 2 clips.

  7. INSTALL FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH


    1. Install the front air shutter seal RH the 2 clips.

  8. INSTALL FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY
