KNOCK SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL KNOCK CONTROL SENSOR


    1. A0136V2E01

      Install the knock control sensor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      It is acceptable for the sensor to be tilted 0° to 45°.

    2. Connect the knock control sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL OIL LEVEL GAUGE GUIDE


    1. A0137K7E01

      Apply a light coat of fresh engine oil to a new O-ring.

    2. A0138GBE02

      Install the oil level gauge guide with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

    3. Fit the 2 wire harness clamps into the oil level gauge guide.

  3. INSTALL COWL TOP PANEL OUTER


    1. Install the cowl top panel outer with the 10 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.2 N*m  { 94 kgf*cm, 81 in.*lbf }

    2. Engage the grommet and install the wire harness.

    3. Engage the wire harness clamp.

  4. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL


    1. Install the No. 1 ventilator seal with the 2 clips.

  5. INSTALL FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH


    1. Install the front air shutter seal RH the 2 clips.

  6. INSTALL FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY
