ECM (w/ Electronic Throttle Control System) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ECM (LHD)


    1. A01361W

      Install the ECM with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 ECM connectors.

    3. A0137UDE02

      Install the 2 lock knobs and harness clamp.

  2. INSTALL ECM (RHD)


    1. A01361W

      Install the ECM with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 ECM connectors.

    3. A01367CE02

      Install the 2 lock knobs and harness clamp.

  3. INSTALL ENGINE COMPARTMENT RELAY BLOCK (RHD)


    1. A0136DME02

      Connect the engine compartment relay block with the clamp.

    2. Install the engine compartment relay block with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      Bolt A
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
      Bolt B
      8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }
    3. A01381O

      Install the relay block cover upper.

  4. INSTALL BATTERY (RHD)


    1. A013803

      Install the battery with the battery clamp and bolt.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the positive battery cable.

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  6. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
