СТАРТЕР (для моделей мощностью 2,0 кВт) РАЗБОРКА

REMOVE STARTER YOKE ASSEMBLY

1. 

   Remove the nut, then disconnect the lead wire from terminal C.

2. Remove the 2 through bolts, then pull starter yoke and starter armature.

3. Remove the O-ring from the starter yoke.

REMOVE MAGNET STARTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

1. 

   Remove the 2 screws, then remove the magnet starter switch.

2. 

   Remove the starter clutch from the starter drive housing.

3. Remove the magnet switch return spring from the starter clutch.

4. Remove the starter idle pinion from the starter drive housing.

5. Remove the retainer from the starter drive housing.

6. Remove the clutch roller from the retainer.

7. Remove the pinion gear from the starter drive housing.

8. 

   Using a magnetic finger, remove the steel ball from the starter clutch.

REMOVE STARTER BRUSH HOLDER ASSEMBLY

1. 

   Remove the 2 screws, then remove the commutator end frame from the starter yoke.

2. Remove the dust protector from the commutator end frame.

3. Remove the O-ring from the starter yoke.

4. 

   Using a screwdriver, hold the spring back and disconnect the 4 brushes from the brush holder.

5. Remove the brush holder from the starter armature.

REMOVE STARTER ARMATURE ASSEMBLY

1. Remove the starter armature from the starter yoke.
