REMOVE RADIATOR DRAIN COCK PLUG
Remove the radiator drain cock plug.
Remove the O-ring.
REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR TANK PIPE
Remove the 3 bolts and the upper radiator tank pipe.
Remove the O-ring.
REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR TANK PIPE
Remove the 3 bolts and the lower No. 1 radiator tank pipe.
Remove the O-ring.
REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 RADIATOR TANK PIPE
Remove the bolt to disconnect the lower No. 2 radiator tank pipe from the radiator assembly.
Slide the hose clamp and remove the lower No. 2 radiator tank pipe.
ASSEMBLE SST

Install the claw to part A of the overhaul handle as shown in the illustration.
While squeezing the handle, adjust the stopper bolt so that dimension B is as specified below.

Note
If this adjustment is not performed, the claw will be damaged.
UNCAULK LOCK PLATE

Using SST to release the caulking, squeeze the handle until stopped by the stopper bolt.
REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR TANK
Lightly tap the bracket of the radiator (or radiator hose inlet) with a plastic-faced hammer and remove the upper radiator tank.
Remove the O-ring.
REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR TANK
