COOLING FAN MOTOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. A017EKM

      Install the fan motor with the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. A017F4B

      Install the fan motor with the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

  3. CONNECT COOLING FAN MOTOR CONNECTORS


    1. A017FC2

      Connect the cooling fan motor connectors.

  4. INSTALL FAN


    1. A017B42

      Install the 2 fans with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      6.3 N*m  { 64 kgf*cm, 56 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR


    1. A017FQNE01

      Put in the fan assembly with motor to the radiator assembly.

    2. Install the fan assembly with motor with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.8 N*m  { 80 kgf*cm, 69 in.*lbf }
    3. A017F6R

      Connect the radiator reserve tank hose or pipe to the radiator assembly.

  6. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY AND FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR
