FUEL PUMP REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT

      Install the No. 1 fuel suction support to the fuel filter.

  2. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

      Apply a light coat of gasoline or spindle oil to 2 new O-rings, then install them onto the fuel pressure regulator.

    2. A017BDSE02

      Install the fuel pressure regulator to the fuel filter.

  3. INSTALL FUEL PUMP

      Apply gasoline to a new O-ring and install it to the fuel filter.

    2. A017B11E01

      Engage the 5 claws on the fuel filter and install the fuel pump with the pump filter.

  4. CONNECT FUEL PUMP HARNESS

      Connect the fuel pump harness connector.

      Do not separate the tube indicated in the illustration Click here.

  5. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the fuel pump filter tube while aligning it to the installation position of the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

    2. Connect the jet pump nozzle.

      Make sure that the fuel tube passes under the protrusion of the fuel filter, and engage the claw of the No. 1 fuel suction support.

    4. Install the spring to the fuel suction plate shaft and install it to the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

      Install a new E-ring.

  6. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

      Slide the fuel sender gauge to fit the claw.

    2. Connect the fuel sender gauge connector.
