ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

INSPECT FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR ASSEMBLY

1. Inspect the front engine mounting insulator assembly.

   
   

   1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

   2. Start the engine and turn the intelligent tester on.

   3. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Active Test / Control the ACM Inhibit.

      Tester Display	Test Part	Control Range	Diagnostic Note
      Control the ACM Inhibit	ACM	ON / OFF	Test is possible while engine is idling

   4. Check if the front engine mounting insulator assembly operates in accordance with tester operation.

      Standard
      The front engine mounting insulator assembly operates normally in accordance with tester operation.
