DESCRIPTION

In this circuit, the compressor receives a refrigerant compression demand signal from the air conditioning amplifier.

Based on this signal, the compressor changes the degree of refrigerant compression.

  1. Click here

    READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (REG CTRL CURRNT)


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch on (IG) and turn the intelligent tester main switch on.

    3. Select the items below in the Data List, and read the value displayed on the intelligent tester.

    INSPECT COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH

      Disconnect the compressor and magnetic clutch connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      3 - 6 25°C (77°F) 10.1 to 11.1 Ω

      Disconnect the B44 compressor and magnetic clutch connector.

    2. Disconnect the D33 amplifier connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      B44-3 (SOL+) - D33-2 (SOL+) Always Below 1 Ω
      B44-3 (SOL+) - Body Ground Always 1 MΩ or higher
