ROOF HEADLINING (for Semi-trim) REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. A01BGMI

      Remove the 5 clips and front door scuff plate LH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM LH

  5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM RH

  6. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR WEATHERSTRIP NO.1 RH

  7. REMOVE FRONT ASSIST GRIP NO.1 PLUG

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the assist grip plug No.1.

      Tech Tips


      • Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      • Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

  8. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and assist grip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH (w/o Rear Cooler)

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 clips and remove the front pillar garnish LH.

  10. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH (w/o Rear Cooler)

  11. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH (w/ Rear Cooler)

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the clip and claw and remove the front pillar garnish LH.

  12. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH (w/ Rear Cooler)

  13. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the assist grip plugs.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. A01BDOY

      Remove the 2 screws and assist grip.

  14. REMOVE VISOR HOLDER


    1. A01BDBA

      Remove the screw.

    2. Using a moulding remover, disengage the claw and remove the visor holder.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedures described for the RH side.

  15. REMOVE VISOR ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 screws and visor assembly LH.

  16. REMOVE VISOR ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  17. REMOVE ROOM LIGHT NO.1 ASSEMBLY

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the light cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Disconnect the connector and remove the room light No.1 assembly.

  18. DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Cooler)

      Remove the bolt and disconnect front seat outer belt assembly RH.

    2. A01BAR9E01

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    3. A01BGXI

      Remove the bolt and disconnect front seat outer belt assembly RH.

  19. REMOVE SEPARATOR BAR BRACKET LOWER (w/ Rear Cooler)


    1. A01BEQ4

      Remove the screw and separator bar bracket lower.

  20. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LOWER RH (w/ Rear Cooler)


    1. A01BGYFE01

      Remove the clip.

    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 clamps and remove the center pillar garnish lower RH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  21. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH COVER LOWER LH (w/ Rear Cooler)

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the center pillar garnish cover lower LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  22. REMOVE SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Cooler)


    1. Disconnect connector.

    2. A01BAVH

      Remove the nut and 3 bolts.

    3. Remove the seat assembly LH.

  23. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER (w/ Rear Cooler)

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the claw and then remove the seat belt anchor cover.

  24. DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Cooler)

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the front seat outer belt assembly LH.

    2. A01BA80E01

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    3. A01BF4Z

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the front seat outer belt assembly LH.

  25. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LOWER LH (w/ Rear Cooler)


    1. A01BBOJE01

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 clips and remove the center pillar garnish lower LH.

  26. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH RH (w/ Rear Cooler)


    1. A01BC0RE01

      Remove the clip.

    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 clamps and claw, and remove the center pillar garnish RH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  27. REMOVE ENGINE SERVICE HOLE COVER HOOK NO.2 LH


    1. A01BGNS

      Remove the screw and the engine service hole cover hook No.2 LH.

  28. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH (w/ Rear Cooler)

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 clips and claw, and remove the center pillar garnish LH.

  29. REMOVE ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY NO.2


    1. A01BGBZE02

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the room light assembly No.2.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. A01BG0A

      Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Disconnect the connector and remove the room light assembly No.2.

  30. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING MOULDING (Narrow Type)


    1. Release the 7 clips and remove the roof headlining moulding.

      • If any clip remains on the body side, use a clip remover.

      • Remove the other headlining mouldings by following the same procedure.

  31. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING MOULDING (Wide Type)


    1. Release the 9 clips and remove the roof headlining moulding.

      • Remove the other headlining mouldings by following the same procedure.

  32. REMOVE ROOF CLIP

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and remove the roof clip.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  33. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING NO.4


    1. Release each clip and remove the roof headlining No.4.

  34. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING NO.3


    1. Release each clip and remove the roof headlining No.3.

  35. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING NO.2


    1. Release each clip and remove the roof headlining No.2.

  36. REMOVE REAR COOLER CONTROL PANEL (w/ Rear Cooler)


    1. A01BAYSE01

      Release the 4 clips and 4 claws, and disconnect the rear cooler control panel.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the rear cooler control panel.

  37. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING NO.1


    1. w/ Rear Cooler:

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Release each clip and remove the roof headlining No.1.
