FRONT BUMPER (for Wide Body) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both front bumper hole covers.


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper hole cover.

  2. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. Attach the 24 claws to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  3. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the fog light.

    2. Install the clip and screw.

  4. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH (w/o Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the lower radiator grille.

    2. Install the screw.

  6. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainers.

      *1 Keyhole

      Align the keyhole and protrusion as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01BAGS

      Attach the 4 claws to install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer.

      Note

      Do not damage the bumper cover with the protrusion when installing the retainer.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensors.

      Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

  9. INSTALL NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE


    1. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/ Fog Light:


      1. Attach the 11 clamps to install the No. 4 engine room wire.

      2. Connect the 2 No. 1 ultrasonic sensor connectors.

      3. Connect the 2 fog light connectors.

    2. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/o Fog Light:


      1. Attach the 7 clamps to install the No. 4 engine room wire.

      2. Connect the 2 No. 1 ultrasonic sensor connectors.

    3. w/o TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/ Fog Light:


      1. Attach the 11 clamps to install the No. 4 engine room wire.

      2. Connect the 2 fog light connectors.
