FRONT BUMPER (for Standard Body) INSTALLATION

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper side support.

2. Install the 2 screws.

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

1. Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 6 bolts.

   Torque:

   61 N*m  { 622 kgf*cm, 45 ft.*lbf }

INSTALL FRONT FLOOR CROSSMEMBER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

1. Install the front floor crossmember reinforcement with the 5 bolts.

   Torque:

   for bolt A

   61 N*m  { 622 kgf*cm, 45 ft.*lbf }

   for bolt B

   12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

1. Attach the 14 claws and 2 guides to install the front bumper cover.

2. Install the 3 bolts and 8 clips.

3. w/ No. 4 Engine Room Wire:

   Connect the No. 4 engine room wire connector.

INSTALL STEP PLATE COVER LH

1. Attach the claw to install the step plate cover.

2. Install the 4 clips.

INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE AIR GUIDE

1. Attach the 10 claws to install the radiator grille air guide.

INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

1. Attach the 6 claws and 2 clips to install the radiator grille.

2. Install the 4 clips and 2 screws.
