ROOF HEADLINING (w/ Roof Window Glass) INSTALLATION

INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF HEADLINING (w/o Rear Air Conditioning System)
1. Attach the clip A to install the No. 1 roof headlining.
2. Install the 6 clips.
INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF HEADLINING (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System)
1. Attach the clip A to install the No. 1 roof headlining.
2. Install the 10 clips and 4 screws.
INSTALL REAR COOLER CONTROL PANEL (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System)
1. Install the connector.
2. Engage the 4 clips and 4 claws to install the rear cooler control panel.
INSTALL VISOR HOLDER

Use the same procedure described for the other side.
1. Attach the claw to install the visor holder.
2. Install the screw.

1. Install the visor assembly LH with the 2 screws.

INSTALL NO. 1 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the connector.
2. Install the No. 1 room light assembly with the 2 screws.
3. Attach the 4 claws to install the light cover.
INSTALL BACK WINDOW GLASS HAMMER ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System)
Tech Tips

Use the same procedure for all back window glass hammers.
1. Connect the connector.
2. Attach the 2 guides and claw to install the back window glass hammer.
3. Install the 2 bolts.

INSTALL ENGINE SERVICE HOLE COVER HOOK NO. 2 LH (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System)

INSTALL ASSIST GRIP (w/o Rear Air Conditioning System)
1. Install the assist grip with the 2 screws.
2. Attach the 6 claws to close the 2 assist grip covers.
CONNECT REAR NO. 3 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System)
1. Tighten the bolt to connect the shoulder side of the rear No. 3 seat belt assembly outer.
  
  Torque:
  
  42 N*m { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
2. Attach the 4 claws to close the shoulder side cover of the rear No. 3 seat belt assembly outer.

1. Attach the 2 claws and clip to install the front pillar garnish RH.

2. Install the 18 clips.

1. Install the No. 3 roof headlining with the 3 clips.

1. Install the No. 4 roof headlining with the 17 clips.

1. Attach the 2 claws to install the roof clip.

1. Attach the 18 clips to install the rear roof headlining garnish.

1. Tighten the bolt to connect the shoulder side of the rear seat belt assembly outer.

2. Attach the 4 claws to close the shoulder side cover of the rear seat belt assembly outer.

Torque:

5.4 N*m { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
