FRONT BUMPER (for Standard Body) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

    *1 Protective Tape

    1. Put protective tape around the radiator grille.

    2. Remove the 4 clips and 2 screws.

    3. Detach the 6 claws and 2 clips and remove the radiator grille.

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE AIR GUIDE

    1. Detach the 10 claws and remove the radiator grille air guide.

  3. REMOVE STEP PLATE COVER LH

    1. Remove the 4 clips.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the step plate cover.

  4. REMOVE STEP PLATE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

    *1 Protective Tape

    1. Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and 6 clips.

    3. w/ No. 4 Engine Room Wire:

      Disconnect the No. 4 engine room wire connector.

    4. Detach the 7 claws and guide (LH side).

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side.

    5. Remove the front bumper cover.

  6. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR CROSSMEMBER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Remove the 5 bolts and front floor crossmember reinforcement.

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

    1. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.

  8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper side support.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
