FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE LOWER LH (w/o Fog Light)


    1. A01BD4J

      Remove the 2 bolts and clip.

    2. Remove the radiator grille lower LH.

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE LOWER RH (w/o Fog Light)

  3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the fog light cover.

  4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

  5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. A01BHCGE01

      Disconnect the connector and remove the clamp.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts, clip and fog light assembly with bracket.

  6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

  7. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER NO.1 (w/ Clearance Sonar)


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. A01BFS4

      Remove the ultrasonic sensor retainer No.1 as shown in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR NO.1 (w/ Clearance Sonar)


    1. Remove the No.1 ultrasonic sensor.

  9. REMOVE HARNESS (w/ Clearance Sonar)

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH


    1. A01BF87E01

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Release the 2 clamps and remove the front bumper side support.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

  12. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR CROSS MEMBER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BEY7

      Remove the 5bolt and front floor cross member reinforcement sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. A01BBEZ

      Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.
