POWER SLIDE DOOR SYSTEM Power Slide Door LH does not Operate When Using Inside / Outside Handle

DESCRIPTION

The power slide door ECU LH controls the power slide door and activates the slide door motor. When the door handle is pulled, the power slide door automatically moves to the fully open position.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

  1. INSPECT SLIDE DOOR LOCK REMOTE CONTROL ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01BH5ZE01

      Disconnect the p4 connector from the slide door lock remote control assembly LH (handle switch).

    2. Measure the resistance of the handle switch.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Handle Condition Specified Condition
      p4-1 - p4-2 Handle in initial position 10 kΩ or higher
      p4-1 - p4-2 Handle pulled Below 1 Ω

    REPLACE SLIDE DOOR LOCK REMOTE CONTROL ASSEMBLY LH

    OK

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SLIDE DOOR LOCK REMOTE CONTROL LH - POWER SLIDE DOOR ECU LH)


    1. A01BGJKE01

      Disconnect the q4 connector from the power slide door ECU LH.

    2. Measure the resistance.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      q4-8 (HSW) - p4-1 Always Below 1 Ω
      q4-13 (SGND) - p4-2 Always Below 1 Ω

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
