Code 2-1 is output when the power slide door lock assembly LH (latch switch (half-latch)) is malfunctioning.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT POWER SLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH (LATCH SWITCH)


    1. Disconnect the p1 connector from the power slide door lock assembly LH.

    2. A01BCUTE02

      Measure the resistance of the latch switch (half-latch).

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Door Lock Condition Specified Condition
      p1-3 (HAF) - p1-8 (E1) Half-latch ON range Below 1 Ω
      p1-3 (HAF) - p1-8 (E1) Full-latch ON range except half-latch ON range 10 kΩ or higher
      p1-3 (HAF) - p1-8 (E1) Over-stroke 10 kΩ or higher

    REPLACE POWER SLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER SLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH - POWER SLIDE DOOR ECU LH)


    1. A01BG2FE06

      Disconnect the q4 connector from the power slide door ECU LH.

    2. Measure the resistance.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      q4-4 (HAF) - p1-3 (HAF) Always Below 1 Ω
      q4-13 (OSG) - p1-8 (E1) Always Below 1 Ω
