REAR NO. 4 SEAT ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO.4 SEATBACK SPRING ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3-POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

      Install the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1 (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

  5. INSTALL NO.4 SEAT FRONT BRACKET COVER

  6. INSTALL NO.4 SEATBACK PAD

  7. INSTALL NO.4 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Headrest)

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.4 seatback cover sub-assembly with 4 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01BG0C

      Engage the hook of the No.4 seatback cover sub-assembly.

    3. Close the fastener of the No.4 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  8. INSTALL NO.4 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Headrest)

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.4 seatback cover sub-assembly with 4 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL LOWER (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

  10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL UPPER (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH (w/ Headrest)

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH (w/ Headrest)

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (w/ Headrest)

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPACER

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK HANDLE KNOB

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPACER

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)


    1. A01BFJT

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)


    1. A01BCVB

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK SUB-ASSEMBLY

  23. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LEG HINGE


    1. A01BDHM

      Install the rear seat cushion leg hinge with the bolt and spacer.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  24. INSTALL NO.4 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  25. INSTALL NO.4 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BGIYE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.4 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 12 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01BFDAE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the 4 new hog rings.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the cover.

  26. INSTALL NO.4 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD


    1. A01BGK4

      Install the No.4 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with pad with the hook and 2 clips.

    2. A01BE1J

      Install the No.4 seat cushion assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  27. CONNECT REAR SEAT 3-POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)


    1. Connect the rear seat 3-point type belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  28. INSTALL REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear SEat Lap Type Belt Assembly)

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  29. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER (w/ Seat Belt)

  30. INSTALL SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY NO.1 (w/ Seat Lap Type Belt Assembly No.1)


    1. A01BHCC

      Install the seat lap type belt assembly No.1 with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  31. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

  32. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

  33. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

  34. INSTALL NO.4 SEAT LEG BRACKET REAR

      Install the No.4 seat leg bracket rear with the bolt and spacer.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }
