  1. INSTALL NO.3 SEATBACK SPRING ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Type Seat)

  2. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Type Seat)


    1. Install the rear seatback lock assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      33 N*m  { 337 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install a new clamp.

    3. Install the rear seatback lock assembly wire.

  3. INSTALL NO.3 SEATBACK PAD RH (for Fold Down Type Seat)

  4. INSTALL NO.3 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Fold Down Type Seat)

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.3 seatback cover sub-assembly RH to the No.3 seatback pad with 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01BBUS

      Close the fastener of the No.3 seatback cover sub-assembly RH.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH (for Fold Down Type Seat)

  6. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL (for Fold Down Type Seat)

  7. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER KNOB (for Fold Down Type Seat)

  8. INSTALL NO.3 SEATBACK PAD LH (for Fold Down Type Seat)

  9. INSTALL NO.3 SEATBACK PAD (for Fixed Type Seat)

  10. INSTALL NO.3 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Fold Down Type Seat)


    1. A01BEI9E01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.3 seatback cover sub-assembly LH to the No.3 seatback pad LH with 4 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01BDEZ

      Close the fastener of the No.3 seatback cover sub-assembly LH.

  11. INSTALL NO.3 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Type Seat)


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the No.3 seatback cover sub-assembly to the No.3 seatback pad with 6 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Close the fastener of the No.3 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  12. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY

  13. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP PLUG

  14. INSTALL NO.3 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

      for Fixed type seat:


      1. Install the No.3 seat leg sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

        Torque:
        41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

    2. for Fold down type seat:


      1. Install the No.3 seat leg sub-assembly.

  15. INSTALL NO.3 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH WITH PAD (for Fold Down Type Seat)


    1. Install the No.3 seatback cover sub-assembly LH with pad with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  16. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER (for Fold Down Type Seat)

  17. INSTALL NO.3 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH WITH PAD (for Fold Down Type Seat)


    1. Install the 2 bushes.

    2. Install the No.3 seatback cover sub-assembly with pad with the bolt and E-ring.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  18. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT LEG COVER (for Fold Down Type Seat)

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt Fold Down Type Seat)


    1. A01BD44

      Install the rear seat center belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01BH8N

      Install the rear seat center belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt Fold Down Type Seat)

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Belt Fold Down Type Seat)


    1. A01BDWR

      Install the seat lap type belt assembly No.1 with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt Fixed Type Seat)


    1. A01BD44

      Install the rear seat center belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Install the rear seat center belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  23. INSTALL NO.3 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  24. INSTALL NO.3 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the No.3 seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the No.3 seat cushion pad with 18 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      1. Using hog ring pliers, install the 2 new hog rings.
