  1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH (for Fold Down Type Seat, 3-seater Type)

      *2 Cable Clamp

      Install the rear seatback lock assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      33 N*m  { 337 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install a new clamp as shown in the illustration.

    3. Connect the cable end to the No. 3 seatback spring assembly RH.

    4. Attach the 2 cable clamps to the No. 3 seatback spring assembly RH.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH (for Fold Down Type Seat, 4-seater Type)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described 3-seater Type RH side.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH (for Fold Down Type Seat, 3-seater Type)


    1. Attach the guide and install the rear seatback lock cover RH with the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER LH (for Fold Down Type Seat, 4-seater Type)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described 3-seater Type RH side.

  5. INSTALL NO. 3 SEATBACK PAD RH (for Fold Down Type Seat, 3-seater Type)


    1. Install the No. 3 seatback pad RH to the No. 3 seatback spring assembly RH.

  6. INSTALL NO. 3 SEATBACK PAD LH (for Fold Down Type Seat, 4-seater Type)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described 3-seater Type RH side.

  7. INSTALL NO. 3 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Fold Down Type Seat, 3-seater Type)

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 3 seatback cover sub-assembly RH to the No. 3 seatback pad RH with new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Close the fastener of the No. 3 seatback cover sub-assembly RH.

  8. INSTALL NO. 3 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Fold Down Type Seat, 4-seater Type)

  9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL (for Fold Down Type Seat)


    1. Attach the guide and install the rear seatback lock control bezel with the screw.

  10. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER KNOB (for Fold Down Type Seat)


    1. Install the reclining remote control lever knob with the screw.

  11. INSTALL NO. 3 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Fold Down Type Seat, 3-seater Type)

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 3 seatback cover sub-assembly LH to the No. 3 seatback pad LH with new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Close the fastener of the No. 3 seatback cover sub-assembly LH.

  12. INSTALL NO. 3 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Fold Down Type Seat, 4-seater Type)


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 3 seatback cover sub-assembly RH to the No. 3 seatback pad RH with new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the assist grip plug.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for all assist grip plugs.

  16. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the No. 3 seat leg sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

    2. for Fold Down Type Seat, 3-seater Type:

      Install the No. 3 seatback assembly RH.


      1. A01BI1B

        Install the bush to the No. 3 seatback assembly RH.

      2. A01BEV9

        Attach the 3 claws to install the bush to the No. 3 seat leg sub-assembly.

      3. Install the No. 3 seatback assembly RH with the bolt.

        Torque:
        29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }
      4. A01BI2X

        Install a new E-ring to the No. 3 seat leg sub-assembly.

    3. for Fold Down Type Seat, 4-seater Type:

      Install the No. 3 seatback assembly LH.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure described 3-seater Type RH side.

  17. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT LEG COVER (for Fold Down Type Seat, 3-seater Type)


    1. Install the No. 2 seat leg cover to the No. 3 seat leg sub-assembly.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Type Seat, 3-seater Type, w/ Seat Belt)


    1. A01BH9X

      Install the rear seat inner belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Type Seat, 3-seater Type, w/ Seat Belt)


    1. A01BDWR

      Install the rear seat lap type belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Belt)

    1. Install the reclining adjuster cover LH with the 2 screws.
