  1. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT BACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat back cover sub-assembly to the No. 2 seat back pad with 4 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01BDEZ

      Close the fastener of the No. 2 seat back cover sub-assembly.

  2. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY (w/ Assist Grip)

  3. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Assist Grip)

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BGPK

      Install the No. 2 seat leg sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Install the rear seat center belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the No. 2 seat cushion pad with 12 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      w/o Seat belt:


      1. Using hog ring pliers, install the 2 new hog rings.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the cover.

      w/ Seat belt:


      1. Using hog ring pliers, install the 4 new hog rings.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the cover.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

  8. INSTALL SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY NO. 1 (w/ Seat Belt)

      Install the seat lap type belt assembly No.1 with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER


    1. A01BCN8

      Install the rear seat leg side cover.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT FRONT BRACKET COVER

      Install the rear seat front bracket cover.

  12. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH


    1. A01BAKO

      Install the reclining adjuster cover LH with the 2 screws.

  13. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH


    1. A01BAT2

      Install the reclining adjuster cover RH with the 2 screws.

  14. INSTALL SUB SEAT CUSHION PAD (w/ Sub Seat)

      Install the sub seat cushion pad on the sub seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  15. INSTALL SUB SEAT CUSHION BOARD (w/ Sub Seat)

      Install the sub seat cushion board with the 3 screws.

  16. INSTALL SUB SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)


    1. A01BCAR

      Install the sub seat cushion frame sub-assembly and close the fastener of the sub seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

    2. Engage the hook and loop fastener.

  17. INSTALL SUB SEAT CUSHION FRAME CUSHION (w/ Sub Seat)

      Install the sub seat cushion frame cushion with the screw.

  18. INSTALL SUB SEAT CUSHION BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)

      Install the sub seat cushion bracket sub-assembly and 2 wave washers with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  19. INSTALL SUB SEAT LINK SPRING (w/ Sub Seat)

      Install the 2 sub seat link springs, the 4 wave washers, the 4 plate washers, and the 4 E rings.

  20. INSTALL NO. 1 SUB SEAT CUSHION BOARD PLATE (w/ Sub Seat)


    1. A01BHMM

      Install the No. 1 sub seat cushion board plate with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the hook and install the rear seat cover cap.

  21. INSTALL SUB SEAT CUSHION FRAME CUSHION (w/ Sub Seat)

      Install the sub seat cushion frame cushion with the screw.

  22. INSTALL SUB SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)


    1. A01BAIT

      Install the sub seat leg sub assembly, the 2 wave washers, the 2 rear seat hinge pins, and the 2 E rings.

  23. INSTALL REAR SEAT HINGE COVER (w/ Sub Seat)


    1. A01BABR

      Install the 2 rear seat hinge covers with the 2 screws.

  24. INSTALL NO. 1 SUB SEAT LINK ARM (w/ Sub Seat)

      Install the No. 1 sub seat link arm and 2 wave washers with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 195 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

  25. INSTALL SUB SEAT BACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)


    1. A01BAXV

      Install the sub seat back frame on the sub seat back pad.

  26. INSTALL SUB SEAT BACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)

      Install the sub seat back cover sub-assembly and engage the 2 hook and loop fasteners.

    2. Close the fastener of the sub seat back cover sub-assembly.

  27. INSTALL SUB SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)

      Install the sub seat back assembly and 2 wave washers with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 195 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }
