REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/o Headrest) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK PAD

  2. INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly to the No.2 seatback pad with 4 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01BDEZ

      Close the fastener of the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY (w/ Assist Grip)

  4. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Assist Grip)

  5. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BGPK

      Install the No.2 seat leg sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Belt)

      Install the rear seat center belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  7. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  8. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BFFPE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the No.2 seat cushion pad with 12 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01BATLE01

      w/o Seat belt:


      1. Using hog ring pliers, install the 2 new hog rings.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the cover.

    3. A01BE4JE01

      w/ Seat belt:


      1. Using hog ring pliers, install the 4 new hog rings.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the cover.

  9. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

  10. INSTALL SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY NO.1 (w/ Seat Belt)


    1. A01BF6V

      Install the seat lap type belt assembly No.1 with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)


    1. A01BF59

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER NO.3

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER NO.2

  14. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

  15. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH
