  1. REMOVE SUB SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the 2 bolts and then the 2 wave washers and sub seat back assembly.

  2. REMOVE SUB SEAT BACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)

      Open the fastener of the sub seat back cover sub-assembly.

    2. Separate the 2 hook and loop fasteners and remove the sub seat back cover sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE SUB SEAT BACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the sub seat back frame sub-assembly from the sub seat back pad.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 SUB SEAT LINK ARM (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the 2 nuts and then the 2 wave washers and No. 1 sub seat link arm.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the 2 screws and 2 rear seat hinge covers.

  6. REMOVE SUB SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the 2 E rings, the 2 rear seat hinge pins, the 2 wave washers, and the sub seat leg sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE SUB SEAT CUSHION FRAME CUSHION (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the screw and sub seat cushion frame cushion.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 SUB SEAT CUSHION BOARD PLATE (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the rear seat cover cap and disengage the hook.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts and No. 1 sub seat cushion board plate.

  9. REMOVE SUB SEAT LINK SPRING (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the 4 E rings, the 4 wave washers, the 4 plate washers, and the 2 sub seat link springs.

  10. REMOVE SUB SEAT CUSHION BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the 2 bolts and then the 2 wave washers and sub seat cushion bracket sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE SUB SEAT CUSHION FRAME CUSHION (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the screw and sub seat cushion frame cushion.

  12. REMOVE SUB SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sub Seat)

      Separate the hook and loop fastener.

    2. Open the fastener of the sub seat cushion cover sub-assembly and remove the sub seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE SUB SEAT CUSHION BOARD (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the 3 screws and sub seat cushion board.

  14. REMOVE SUB SEAT CUSHION PAD (w/ Sub Seat)

      Remove the sub seat cushion pad from the sub seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

      Remove the 2 screws and reclining adjuster cover RH.

      Remove the 2 screws and reclining adjuster cover LH.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT FRONT BRACKET COVER

      Remove the rear seat front bracket cover.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the rear seat leg side cover.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Remove the bolt and rear seat belt assembly inner.

  20. REMOVE SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY NO. 1 (w/ Seat Belt)

      Remove the bolt and seat lap type belt assembly No.1.

  21. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

      Disengage the hooks and remove the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with pad.

      Remove the bolt and rear seat center belt assembly inner.

  24. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and No. 2 seat leg sub-assembly.

  25. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Assist Grip)

      Disengage the 8 claws and remove the 4 assist grip plugs.

  26. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY (w/ Assist Grip)

      Remove the 4 screws and 2 assist grip assemblies.

  27. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT BACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Open the fastener of the No. 2 seat back cover sub-assembly and turn back the cover.

      Remove the 4 hog rings and the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly.
