HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight) REASSEMBLY

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT BRACKET LH (for Wide Body)


    1. Install the bracket with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING (w/ Leveling Motor)


    1. Install the new headlight leveling motor base packing.

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR (w/ Leveling Motor)


    1. A01BHZ0E01

      Turn the aiming screw clockwise and install the headlight leveling motor.

    2. A01BI33E01

      Align the recessed parts with the headlight unit and headlight leveling motor.

    3. Engage the pin and install the headlight leveling motor.

  4. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the bulb to the socket.

  5. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET

      Turn the socket in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

  6. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the bulb to the socket.

  7. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET


    1. A01BG22

      Turn the socket in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

  8. INSTALL NO.1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01BAYM

      Lock the set spring as shown in the illustration to install the discharge headlight bulb.

      Note

      Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.

  9. INSTALL NO.1 HEADLIGHT COVER


    1. A01BATA

      Install the headlight cover.

      Tech Tips


      • Push in the No.1 headlight cover until the edge comes in contact with the light body.

      • Push in the inner part (circumference of the bulb) of the headlight cover until the entire metal part of the bulb can be seen.
