HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight) DISASSEMBLY

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. REMOVE NO.1 HEADLIGHT COVER


    1. A01BATA

      Remove the headlight cover.

  2. REMOVE NO.1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01BEO6

      Release the set spring lock as shown in the illustration and remove the bulb.

      Note

      Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.

  3. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET


    1. A01BI55

      Turn the socket in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.

  4. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  5. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET


    1. A01BHDR

      Turn the socket in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.

  6. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

  7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR (w/ Leveling Motor)


    1. A01BGTQE01

      Turn the headlight leveling motor as shown in the illustration and disengage the pin.

    2. Turn the headlight leveling motor to align the recessed parts with the headlight unit.

    3. A01BDAEE02

      Turn the aiming screw as shown in the illustration to remove the headlight leveling motor.

  8. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING (w/ Leveling Motor)

  9. REMOVE HEADLIGHT BRACKET LH (for Wide Body)


    1. A01BDEH

      Remove the 2 screws and bracket.
