HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO.1 HEADLIGHT COVER

      Remove the No.1 headlight cover.

  2. REMOVE NO.1 HEADLIGHT BULB

      Release the set spring lock <a> as shown in the illustration and remove the No.1 headlight bulb.

  3. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

      Turn in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove the front turn signal light socket and the front turn signal light bulb as a unit.

  4. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET


    1. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the front turn signal light socket.

  5. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

      Turn in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove the clearance light socket and the clearance light bulb as a unit.

  6. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET


    1. Remove the clearance light bulb from the clearance light socket.

  7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR (w/ Leveling Motor)


    1. A01BGTQE01

      Turn the headlight leveling motor as shown in the illustration and disengage the pin.

    2. Turn the headlight leveling motor to align the recessed parts with the headlight unit.

    3. A01BDAEE01

      Turn the aiming screw as shown in the illustration to remove the headlight leveling motor.
