HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight) REMOVAL

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (for Standard Body)

    *1 Protective Tape

    1. Put protective tape around the radiator grille.

    2. Remove the 4 clips and 2 screws.

    3. Detach the 6 claws and 2 clips and remove the radiator grille.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Standard Body)


    1. A01BGGAE01

      Attach protective tape to the position shown in the illustration.

    2. A01BBMV

      Remove the 2 bolts and detach the pin.

    3. Detach the claw and remove the headlight assembly.

    4. Disconnect the connectors.

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for Wide Body)


    1. Remove the front bumper assembly (for Wide Body) Click here.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Wide Body)


    1. A01BGON

      Remove the 2 bolts and detach the pin.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the headlight assembly.

    3. Disconnect the connectors.
