HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the 2 clips and 2 screws.

    2. Release the 6 claws and 4 clips and remove the radiator grille.

  2. REMOVE STEP PLATE COVER LH (Body Type Wide)


    1. A01BE2QE01

      Remove the 4 clips.

    2. Release the claw and remove the step plate cover.

  3. REMOVE STEP PLATE COVER RH (Body Type Wide)

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (Body Type Wide)


    1. A01BF95E01

      Remove the 8 clips and 3 bolts.

    2. Release the 12 claws and remove the bumper.

    3. Disconnect the connectors. (w/ fog light)

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT (Body Type Wide)


    1. A01BF87E01

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Release the 2 clamps and remove the front bumper side support.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (Body Type Narrow)


    1. A01BDOHE01

      Attach protective tape to the position shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and disengage the pin.

    3. Pull in the direction indicated by the arrow, disengage the 2 claws and separate the headlight assembly.

    4. Disconnect each connector and remove the headlight assembly.

  7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (Body Type Wide)


    1. A01BD0TE01

      Remove the 2 screws and disengage the pin.

    2. Pull in the direction indicated by the arrow, disengage the 2 claws and separate the headlight assembly.

    3. Disconnect each connector and remove the headlight assembly.
