REAR BLOWER SWITCH INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT REAR BLOWER SWITCH

    A01BE7IE01

    1. Remove the rear blower switch and disconnect the connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester connection Switch condition Specified condition
      2 (B) - 3 (E) - 6 (D) OFF 10 kΩ or higher
      2 (B) - 3 (E) - 6 (D) ON Below 1 Ω
      1 (ILL+) - 4 (ILL-) Always Below 1 Ω

      If the resistance value is not as specified, replace the rear blower switch.

    3. Connect the positive battery terminal to terminal 1 (ILL+), and the negative battery terminal to terminal 4 (ILL-).

      OK
      The illumination light of the rear blower switch come on.

      If the resistance value is not as specified, replace the rear blower switch.
