CONDENSER ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT W/ RECEIVER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY


    1. If the fins of the w/reciver condenser assembly are dirty, clean them with water and dry them with compressed air.

      Note

      Do not damage the fins of the condenser assembly.

  2. CHECK CONDENSER FOR LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT


    1. Check the pipe joints for gas leakage using a halogen leak detector.

    2. Check the tightening torque of the joints if a gas leakage is detected in any of the pipe joints.
