REAR COOLING UNIT (for Separate Blower Motor Fan Type) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BDM9

      Install the 2 blower motor assemblys with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      0.69 N*m  { 7.0 kgf*cm, 6 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the plate washer.

  2. INSTALL BLOWER (REAR) FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BBWE

      Install the 2 blower (rear) fan sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      2.9 N*m  { 30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (REAR)


    1. A01BD8I

      Install the evaporator sub-assembly.

    2. Install the clamp with the screw.

  4. INSTALL COOLER NO.2 THERMISTOR


    1. A01BDQC

      Install the cooler No.2 thermistor.

  5. INSTALL COOLING UNIT CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BFV1

      Install the unit case sub-assembly with the 18 screws.

  6. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR


    1. A01BB7U

      Install the cooler blower resistor with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL COOLER WIRING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BBEHE02

      Engage the 4 clamps and 4 connectors to install the cooler wiring harness sub-assembly.
